Design and Build Plan
- At MVI Modern Homes , teamwork truly makes dreams come true! The 3rd step kicks off as we secure your land and concurrently work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Whether you choose one of our pre-designed models from the Essentia, Exemplar or Townhome Series or a decide that a Custom Design best fits your needs, we work with expert designers to maximize your land's potential.
- Our Certified Building Contractor and Engineering Director work together with the Designer to create the Architectural & Engineering Blueprints, defining every living spaces and detailing finishes for these as well as the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP).
- Once Client approves the blueprints, we start the permit process and create a detailed build timeline.
Construction of Your New Home!
- Once we've got the green light on permits, your dream home will be ready to move into in under 12 months! From start to finish, we'll handle everything so you can sit back and enjoy your brand new, turnkey home.
