In my 25+ years in Civil Engineering with expertise in Affordable Housing Development, I have achieved the compliance to the schedule for capital improvement projects and execution of funding over $600M.  I've gathered extensive expertise managing large scale complex projects as Design/Build Projects, Modernization Projects, Demolition/Restitution Projects, New Construction and Extraordinary Maintenance Projects.  I've been lucky enough to have had the challenges that have given me expert working knowledge of the complexity of managing public, federal and private funds and the intricacies of large design, develop and build projects.
