One of my deepest passions lies in seeing hard working families own a piece of the American Dream; a place to call home.

In my 26+ years in the industry as an Engineer, I have made great friendships with hard working individuals, in the US and around the globe. Everyone I've met yearns for a place to call home for their families, but not everyone has this blessing. That is one of my daily driving forces as I work to actively participate in changing this. 

My Construction Management Background includes residential construction in PR and FL as well as new site development and expansions in US, PR, China, and Spain from concept designs to construction management.

 In 2018, my wife and I decided to bring our specialized knowledge to residential construction, creating a team that sets us apart from other builders.
